The delivery was quick, unfortunately the description in the offer was inadequate, so a return was necessary, which I carried out properly. The goods have been back with Ohmberger for 18 days and I am still waiting for the refund. The statement from 6 days ago was that the goods had not arrived at Ohmberger. This makes me suspicious and dissatisfied and is not fair.
