good specialty store, had only both parts of a broken mailbox key and no whole one anymore. The employees still managed to make matching keys from it. Additionally, I handed in a complete key ring to have it duplicated twice as well. All in all, it only took one day until it was ready and even earlier than originally announced! Therefore, highly recommended.

Dropped off two pairs of shoes for repair at the beginning of May. After repeated promises that it would be ready in a week - I was there a total of four times and after almost two months still no repaired shoes. Frustrating when you are not from Ludwigsburg and always take the journey only to be disappointed after many weeks to take back the unrepairable pairs of shoes. Not recommended.
