Paid 250 euros to break the lock of my door. I should have looked for another provider right away when it was said on the phone, even after describing my problem in detail, that they couldn't say exactly how much it would cost, and when I inquired about the estimated price, that it would probably cost 'around 80 euros'. I was taught otherwise. And the problem of why the lock was stuck in the first place was not even solved. For that, I had to look for a locksmith who is actually competent. He fixed it within five minutes. Such a rip-off, never again.

I went there because my car key was broken, a new key was cut, so far so good. The colleague from the shop wanted to properly attach the circuit board of the key, but the button for unlocking came loose from the circuit board. He told me to come by next week, maybe he can fix it. Super friendly guy, the other one, however, was on the verge of ecstasy (explosion) when I wanted to pay with a card. I accidentally entered my PIN wrong, and his pulse shot up to 500, and he was in his after-work mood about to lose it. Then it worked out after all, and he was like a different person. 👍🏽 Very customer-friendly except for that one incident 😂 hope you can get it done by next week. P.S. If this were my shop, I would have chased that person down, full understanding.

I went in with my broken Opel car key. The key blade (metal pin) was broken. It was done well and cheaply in five minutes. Great work and also very friendly interaction.
