Shoe repair takes at least two weeks, the glue completely came off after three days. After we went there again, we were told, "The work was not performed by us." Both the management and the staff are an absolute disgrace, they even threatened us and called us liars.

The keys may work, but I have never experienced such incredibly poor service. I was shouted at directly because they couldn't handle it! PS. I just wanted to have a key duplicated, which was theirs.

Why should one go to Schlüssel - König? Because of the friendly staff and the good advice? Then probably not! Private customers and laypeople are at best annoying. That's my impression after a visit. It's a shame, but this is how craftsmanship can also go wrong. I find that regrettable. Thanks to the internet, a return visit to this company on my part is anyway unlikely.
