Super service! I called the emergency locksmith service late in the evening because our shop door wouldn't close anymore. A real lifesaver! I managed to lock myself out but was even able to reach someone on a Sunday, who arrived after about 15 minutes and opened the door without damaging it! The staff was also very nice and polite, highly recommended for such mishaps!

We live in a piston row in Rohrbach and our Asian neighbor on the second floor has the door with the key stuck. We thought it would be difficult to get someone on Sundays... Fortunately the gentleman on the phone was ready and was 20 minutes later and was able to open the door without damage. 1 star for the fact that the operators (couple) were nice at first. Of course, after all, you pay in advance. However, how good customer service or complaint management works, the two of them have probably never heard in their lives. As soon as we returned because the key didn't work and we wanted our money back, especially the pregnant woman became passive-aggressive. Allegedly, "it’s everywhere that you can duplicate a key up to 3 times." Unfortunately, that is nowhere stated. Even when asked, she was just rude, well aware that she or her husband failed to do their job. The key fit in the lock but couldn’t be turned in any of the doors. Not to mention the absolutely ridiculous smiley on it, see photo. You can also clearly see the differences between the original key - was he drunk when he duplicated it? They charged 50€ and instead of referring to the stated right of withdrawal, they became aggressive and condescending. Later, the man and supposed shop operator became rude, raised his voice, and made statements like "why don’t you go to a lawyer?". You must be doing so poorly that you can’t refund 50€ for a service not rendered, right? You are liars and crooks! I have never experienced such a disgusting customer service. I advise everyone against this shop - they can be nice at the front, but admitting mistakes and customer friendliness is nowhere to be found here. Better go to a real locksmith who knows his craft!
