Unfortunately, the employee was unable to make a simple key. After three failed attempts, I at least got a refund.

Catastrophic, I have been waiting for the keys to be duplicated for 3 months and am being put off again. I would be ashamed to work like this.

Not recommended. I ordered 3 duplicate keys on 29.04.2022, which according to the employee's statement should arrive the following week. Despite two phone inquiries and the statement that they would get back to me, there was no information about a delay or an expected pickup date. We still have not received the keys or any information even 5 weeks later. As a business owner, I would be ashamed to work like this. Under the old owner, it was a business with good service on site, but unfortunately not anymore.

I had a small cash register key made, Where I would buy it on eBay for €6! The gentleman at the cash register charged me €20, which I call a rip-off.
