I picked up the 2 packages dropped off by DHL here. I was treated very kindly and friendly, and help was offered when packing into 2 large bags. Great, I am very satisfied! I was there on Saturday around 09:30 AM, contrary to the description on the internet, it was already open from 09:00 AM on Saturdays. The treatment was friendlier than at the post office, wait time 1 minute. :-)

An old garden shed needed to be opened - with a rusty and difficult lock. Mr. Saager came quickly and explained to us (with price indication) what needed to be renewed. Since we had time, the opening and repair, which took a lot of time, could only take place after the weekend. Everything was top-notch, the prices were fixed and fair. The contact with Mr. Saager was very pleasant. That's why he deserves a full 5 stars!

Very friendly advice and wonderful execution of the seven duplicated keys. The blanks had to be ordered, which I think went very quickly at 1.5 weeks (with another locksmith, I had to cancel the order after over a month because no blanks arrived and they always just shrugged their shoulders) Price-performance excellent, thank you for the support. The shop is easily accessible by tram and the quality is somewhat okay. But that’s where it ends. I had to have additional keys made for the locking system of the WEG residential complex through this company. However, the keys were not ready contrary to the phone information, and they continued to be worked on in my presence. Then the card payment did not work immediately because the boss was on the phone. Everything seems a bit unprofessional, except for the prices -> €25 for a key. Hats off. I will not hire this shop privately.

Thank you very much for the great service, I was there with a GDR room door lock for which I no longer had a key. I was helped immediately, it took less than 10 minutes and I had a new key. The price for that was absolutely fair. Great shop, I recommend you further 👍👍👍
