An old garden shed needed to be opened - with a rusty and difficult lock. Mr. Saager came quickly and explained to us (with price indication) what needed to be renewed. Since we had time, the opening and repair, which took a lot of time, could only take place after the weekend. Everything was top-notch, the prices were fixed and fair. Super customer service! We needed a duplicate key. The local hardware store could not help us here. The company is usually closed on Saturdays... but made an exception for us and duplicated the key even cheaper than at the hardware store.
