OSB boards cut are twice as expensive as normal boards - 50% surcharge for cutting which is actually included in the service at other hardware stores. The kicker came at the checkout... they sent us to a colleague and when asked if she didn't feel like it, she replied with... No.... Then she wanted to ring us up but we didn't want to anymore... Service, customer friendliness, and moderate prices look different!!!!

An old garden shed needed to be opened - with a rusty and difficult lock. Mr. Saager came quickly and explained to us (with price indication) what needed to be renewed. Since we had time, the opening and repair, which took a lot of time, could only take place after the weekend. Everything was top-notch, the prices were fixed and fair. The contact with Mr. Saager was very pleasant. That's why he deserves a full 5 stars!
