The gentleman was very accommodating and arrived on site within the next 30 minutes and opened my door with ease and without causing any damage. The employee and the store get 5 stars from me.

Yes, do not call after 5:00 PM!!! No one will come anyway, even if you were promised. At 10:00 PM, you will be sleeping in your car in sub-zero temperatures. The next morning, when you call again, someone from Sonneberg will come and quickly open your door. Don't ask about the price.
