On a Tuesday evening at 11:30 PM, we got locked out. We called and Mr. Schopf was there in 15 minutes. He put in a lot of effort and tried to do everything with as little effort as possible. Ultimately, the lock still had to be drilled out, but it was replaced immediately. We are super satisfied. Very friendly, quick, and great price. Highly recommend!

Never again! I brought my husband's Armani watch there, and when I picked it up, there were 2 scratches on it. One very deep. I wanted to clarify this, but the boss said it wasn't him, even though he changed the battery. Really unprofessional.
