Worked quickly, good/fair price. B-U-T The company works with collection agencies. If a payment delay occurs, this company becomes active immediately. This is not a serious, customer-friendly behavior. There is no reminder. Only the letter from the commissioned collection agency by mail. Although this is all covered by German law, a company should also be fair enough to remind its customers of the outstanding amount with (at least) one payment reminder. A payment delay can arise for various reasons. Therefore, NO RECOMMENDATION for this company.

Once and never again..... When purchasing and consulting on a new door lock, everything was great, competent, and satisfactory, but after a few weeks when the lock got stuck, it was replaced with a spare lock. It took about half a year to get back to our purchased and properly installed door lock with several reminders about when it would be reinstalled.... Finally, it was renewed, and as it had to happen, after a while the same problem occurred and we were standing in front of the locked door... to shorten this, I will spare you further details ... ultimately, the entire endeavor took almost one and a half years.. ever again.... such business practices are absolutely unacceptable we are totally disappointed !!!

Super fast service even though I live in Stollberg and called the emergency service outside of opening hours. They practically got into the car immediately and came by to open my door. And the price, despite a 20 km journey, was extremely fair. I have had to pay double that at a locksmith around the corner.
