The service from Westsächsische Schließanlagen was absolutely world-class. At my Airbnb apartment, I had the disaster that the key system failed and the guests were standing in front of a locked door. Dominic Peuckert immediately took care of the matter, acted solution-oriented, and not only opened the door for me directly (upon request) but also installed a better-fitting cylinder. The door was opened quickly and without any problems. Within 45 minutes, the guests were in the apartment and the problem was solved. Since I was not in Chemnitz, I was extremely glad that Mr. Peuckert could solve the problem so well for me. The price was also more than fair and transparent. If I ever have a similar problem again, I will definitely call this company again. I would also recommend them immediately.
