I just went to TK Maxx and bought a pair of cheap pants for €14 where the metal button was missing. I thought quickly to Mister Minit and a new button would be attached. It can't be that expensive. The shock was then the price €10!!!!!! Once and never again. It was an expensive experience……

Völz has made its name here in Bremen for hardware and security locks. I always feel well advised and purchased my complete locking system here. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. Such businesses must absolutely continue to exist!!! My unrestricted recommendation.

I bought a locking system from Fa. Völz through a friend about 1999. After years I needed replacement keys and now a new locking cylinder. For Fa. Völz and Mrs. Dederer, this is no challenge! Of course, friendly and super fast service :-) Here are professionals at work!!! I can fully recommend them!!!

Not recommended! I ordered 1 locking cylinder with three keys and had to pay for shipping and packaging twice, €17.50 and €8.40. Before ordering, they couldn't tell me any prices. Comment from Völz GmbH: "We order in two ways. Keys and cylinders are then sent to us in separate letters or packages" Does it have to be this way??

At the beginning of the year, I had a problem with my front door. Völz got it temporarily working again. They procured and installed the replacement parts. That was pretty close to perfect!
