I went there because my safe key broke. I asked if he could make a new one and he actually made a new one for me. We agreed that I would test it to see if it worked, but unfortunately it didn't fit. Then I went back the next day and he made a second one for me, and I tested it the next day and it actually fit. If a safe key breaks again, I will only come to you, great work and very friendly and warm at the same time.

An absolutely rare and very honest locksmith service. The repair is tested and you are 'supposed' to try to leave and lock the door yourself. I had a 'special case in an old building' in Bremen-Mitte. Very complicated due to outdated security door. The staff were there the whole time. They finish the work, come what may. The bill was really more than fair (!). For this excellent performance in the end and the effort, everyone would charge more. Really respect for these surprisingly honest craftsmen!
