I had to have my lock from the front door with a 3-fold locking mechanism repaired at the branch Braunschweig Helmstedterstraße. Only the lock was changed, about 15 minutes of work. At first, it was said to cost 65 euros. In the end, it was 165 euros. A completely new one would have cost me, as I later found out, only about 90 euros. Never again and accordingly no recommendation from me. My impression was that they exploited my emergency situation.
