We wanted to shorten a belt on December 30th. Pickup in the afternoon or the next day. Since we had no time, we picked up the belt on January 2nd. Unfortunately, they hadn't even started the shortening. Promised to be ready in the next 45 minutes. Still not finished afterwards, the machine was not functioning properly. Finally ready the next day, but not shortened to the desired length. Not recommended!!!
