The service is friendly and knowledgeable. I described my problem and received a solid solution. Additionally, the locksmith came by to help me; my key was stuck in the lock, and I couldn't get it out. They showed me how to get the key out and didn't charge a penny. If I have lock problems again, I would come here again.

Company Sitera was ultimately commissioned by the property management Sohrweide to repair the front door lock. A very competent (as it turned out later) employee from Sitera came the same day and replaced the latch. It works. The company Sohrweide took almost 4 months to commission this matter.

The terrace roof looks simply top-notch and was well planned and thoughtfully implemented based on the local characteristics. A future extension is also possible. The downside was the material procurement and our extra requests. Highly recommended.
