Well, I unfortunately have to say that I am more than disappointed. I tried to reach someone for over 3 hours and unfortunately achieved nothing. The website advertises 24/7 service, which I cannot confirm. We did not reach anyone from 11 PM to 2 AM. Neither at Schlüssel Friedrich nor at any of the other locksmith services.

Just before midnight, locked out without a phone. Luckily, a neighbor had Mr. Friedrich's number. Not even 20 minutes after our call, he was already there and quickly opened our apartment door. Super friendly and at a very fair price :)

On Saturday late evening, accidentally locked out of the apartment. After calling several locksmith services, which quoted outrageous prices, I reached this locksmith service. For far less than half (!) the price, the service was on site 10 minutes later and was able to open the door without any problems. Thank you very much for the quick help!
