Just before midnight, locked out without a phone. Luckily, a neighbor had Mr. Friedrich's number. Not even 20 minutes after our call, he was already there and quickly opened our apartment door. Super friendly and at a very fair price :)

It would be nice if the high price was communicated over the phone right away, because one does not expect 150 euros for simply opening a door on Saturday. Not even with the weekend surcharge of 100%, I also work on Saturday and do not earn double right away!

Yesterday, on Sunday around 7 PM (!), in less than 3 minutes I could get back into the house with my children. Before that, two other locksmith services had failed - one did not show up after an hour and did not inform that he was not coming, and the other simply could not manage it. Top! I have saved Mr. Übel for the future.

Despite the advertised 24/7, 365 days a year reachable emergency locksmith service, unfortunately no one is reachable on a Saturday at 10 PM (I tried several times within 30 minutes :/) I understand that not always someone can be on shift, but then a note, for example on the website, would be helpful. You rely on it and then it doesn't work. Still definitely a great locksmith service!
