Clean market, with dedicated employees. They try to help you and show alternatives, however, some items disappear into the depths of the warehouse to only be available at Christmas time. Why copper foil is only needed at Christmas is not quite clear to me, but okay. I can still recommend it if you're looking for something.

Wanted to buy a 2-stroke mixture, the employee had no idea what it was about, the employee from the garden department was supposedly on break. Someone in the store should know where each item is located... unbelievable.

Absolutely top! I called this morning at 8 am because I had locked myself out of my apartment. About 30 minutes later, a super friendly employee arrived who opened the door for me in a few seconds. And that for only an incredible €55!!! Absolutely recommendable!!

I locked myself out on a Saturday morning. Called Schlüssel Fritz, someone was there within half an hour and opened the door within a few minutes. Very, very friendly, super fair price!

Good selection, except for surveillance systems. What was anything but good: The service in the store. Three employees on site, no one is interested. When I had a question, I was first just looked at in astonishment until an employee finally took the trouble to come to the counter. His comment: it's on the box (it wasn't). Then he disappeared again immediately. Too bad, we actually wanted locks, a camera, and a safe.
