Clean market, with dedicated employees. They try to help you and show alternatives, however, some items disappear into the depths of the warehouse to only be available at Christmas time. Why copper foil is only needed at Christmas is not quite clear to me, but okay. I can still recommend it if you're looking for something.

Wanted to buy a 2-stroke mixture, the employee had no idea what it was about, the employee from the garden department was supposedly on break. Someone in the store should know where each item is located... unbelievable.

This is how customer service works. I have been to Mr. Wiedemann several times. He is friendly, competent, explains, and recommends. Even emails are answered quickly. The prices are good, and you simply feel well advised and taken care of here. The larger ones in this industry can't keep up. I can definitely recommend this store.
