I have already had keys duplicated, shoes repaired, and wood/glass engraved. I was very satisfied every time, the price is always clearly stated before the service is provided. The owner also brings in his own ideas, which I usually liked even better, and he tinkers with something until it works out. For me, the first point of contact for keys, locks, shoes, and engraving work.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the owner (probably Mr. Schuster) for the extremely great and friendly customer service. We had some keys duplicated there and I am totally thrilled in every respect and can only recommend Schlüssel Schuster to everyone! The owner is extremely friendly and knows exactly what he is doing. For standard keys, he only needs a few seconds from finding the blank to completion….in comparison, I stood in the hardware store with the 3 letters for a similar key in the past for over half an hour and it turned into a huge drama. After we unfortunately realized at home that one of the keys (cheap lock brand Basi) did not work, we went back to Schlüssel Schuster a week later and he immediately and without discussion corrected it, and lo and behold, it fit afterwards. The fact that it initially did not fit was due to the brand of the lock. But here too, Schlüssel Schuster proved his expertise and corrected it perfectly! Stay as you are! We will only come to you from now on! Many can take a leaf out of your book! P.S. Even our 6-year-old son was offered a donut by Mr. Schuster during the waiting time for the doorbell sign production 😉
