I have already had keys duplicated, shoes repaired, and wood/glass engraved. I was very satisfied every time, the price is always clearly stated before the service is provided. The owner also brings in his own ideas, which I usually liked even better, and he tinkers with something until it works out. For me, the first point of contact for keys, locks, shoes, and engraving work.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the owner (probably Mr. Schuster) for the extremely great and friendly customer service. We had some keys duplicated there and I am totally thrilled in every respect and can only recommend Schlüssel Schuster to everyone! The owner is extremely friendly and knows exactly what he is doing. For standard keys, he only needs a few seconds from finding the blank to completion….in comparison, I stood in the hardware store with the 3 letters for a similar key in the past for over half an hour and it turned into a huge drama. After we unfortunately realized at home that one of the keys (cheap lock brand Basi) did not work, we went back to Schlüssel Schuster a week later and he immediately and without discussion corrected it, and lo and behold, it fit afterwards. The fact that it initially did not fit was due to the brand of the lock. But here too, Schlüssel Schuster proved his expertise and corrected it perfectly! Stay as you are! We will only come to you from now on! Many can take a leaf out of your book! P.S. Even our 6-year-old son was offered a donut by Mr. Schuster during the waiting time for the doorbell sign production 😉

The company Ringler Mettalbau fixed my base oven door. I can definitely say only positive things about the company. On one hand, it was the only company that dared to fix the base oven door. On the other hand, the agreements made were adhered to. The support was provided by Mr. Klapetek. He took very good care of my concerns and implemented all points as requested. The oven door was perfectly fixed. Perfectly lacquered. He is also very accessible and responds to questions very promptly. Happy to return to Ringler Mettalbau!

Speechless! The company itself did a good job. BUT we were lied to from start to finish! We paid the bill right on site, and we were told that a SMALL amount might still be charged to us. The end of the story?! We have to pay nearly €100 extra!! So we are almost at €300 for maybe 45 minutes of work!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Offers blacksmithing courses. Was registered for a 2-day Damascus course. There were only 2 participants and 1 instructor, which provided very intensive support. All personal ideas were fully addressed, and in the end, I had MY own self-made knife. Thank you for the wonderful course. Learned a lot. P.S. The price is commensurate with the intensive support. But it was really worth it.
