Gives a time window from 8 AM to 1 PM. When calling and asking to coordinate appointments so that a working tenant is at home, you are rudely reminded that you could also take vacation! Better planning is not possible! And then comes the supposed threat: if you are not at home and they have to come again, these costs will be passed on to the tenant who was not present. This is also a method to make money out of incompetence. Outrageous! P.S. You can save the hint that you can get in touch and they will respond to you (because the customers are so dear to them). Both my partner and I have already contacted you about this. Consideration or decent planning on your part? Not a chance!

2 visits to the store were necessary to define the order. 6 weeks waiting time for a standard security lock. 38 minutes installation - 75 minutes were charged. Distance to the store 1.2 km - makes 15 euros car flat rate.
