At Rennert, you are informed of a price from the start, which was then also adhered to, the friendly employee was there at the scheduled time, appeared professional and did good work without damage. Anytime again, if necessary. We have had a security lock from Rennert for 20 years, which has also moved with us. Quality pays off.

I went there with my daughter to have a bracelet engraved on both sides. One side had the engraving upside down. When we insisted on rectification or compensation, we were treated extremely rudely, as if it were our fault, even though there is a written record of the order. The managing director even cheekily claimed: "You can't see it from the other side anyway." I have never experienced such an inability to accept criticism. No apology, nothing. Absolutely not recommendable. Catastrophe!
