In both cases, he was with us in Staffel within 20 minutes. The door had to be opened and the lock replaced. After twenty years, which doesn't happen often, the entire locking mechanism of the door failed. Getting into the house was no longer possible even with the emergency key; they speak of a total loss. Fortunately, we could get into the house through the garage. On Monday, I called the company Schimanski about a possible appointment.
