Poor service. There is a annoyed reaction when entering the store, and appointments are not kept even for small repairs.

Mr. Poppendieck offers very good service, making keys was possible spontaneously, the key was made very neatly and fit 100% (I have experienced quite differently with one of his competitors). The price was very moderate. He also helped me very well with custom orders (modifying a case). This was sewn very beautifully - a great craftsmanship. I like going to him very much, Mr. Poppendieck helps, is very friendly and does very good work. A big thank you from me and please keep it up👍👍👍.
