Super service, the technician was there quickly and first tried to repair it before the cylinder and connection plate had to be replaced. He also left the work site very clean. The charge on a Saturday is of course not at a bargain price, but within the usual range. All in all, a highly recommendable company. Thank you 👍

In an emergency, I was looking for a suitable locksmith in the region. After a few attempts, I reached the service of the company Schonert, the lady explained to me that they currently have a lot of orders and that a deployment would only be possible from 4:30 PM and that it is an emergency service outside of regular working hours with an hourly rate of €120 net plus €1 travel fee per driven kilometer. I agreed, and the technician reliably arrived at our location around 6 PM and opened the front door very professionally and without major damage after a few adjustments. On-site working time was a maximum of 1 hour. The report then stated 4 hours of working time plus the driven kilometers of about 60 km per trip. Upon inquiry, the technician explained to me that the travel time is considered as working time. A significant detail that was omitted in the conversation and costs the customer several hundred euros. Without any reminder procedure, a lawsuit was filed at the district court. Please have any costs confirmed in writing beforehand before you place an order, as in the end, the customer bears the additional costs!
