After several problems with an order of keys (tried to call several times and stood in front of a locked door twice - during opening hours) not ready at the agreed time, no proper invoice, which I need. It was promised to me for the serious case, but now I am not getting it. Since - while expressing my opinion, after several attempts on different days to call, I was finally answered - the call was simply hung up, I am writing this here. But probably that was, as in the last review, also not true.

We were very satisfied with the service. Called yesterday at half past nine for a door opening. He didn't keep us waiting long and arrived very quickly. Even late in the evening, super friendly and helpful. If I had such a situation again, this locksmith service would again be the first point of contact.
