This is how customer service should be. I have been to Mr. Wiedemann several times. He is friendly, competent, explains, and recommends. Even emails are answered quickly. The prices are good and here you simply feel well advised and taken care of. The larger ones in this industry cannot keep up. I can definitely recommend this store.

Clean market, with dedicated employees. They try to help you and show alternatives, however, some items disappear into the depths of the warehouse to only be available at Christmas time. Why copper foil is only needed at Christmas is not quite clear to me, but okay. I can still recommend it if you're looking for something.
