Door lock defective on Sunday evening. First a little horror scenario. Thanks to the super friendly and competent employee from Bossmann, it was really more than bearable. We were back in our apartment much faster than expected and now have a door that can be unlocked again. The price absolutely surprised us: More than fair! Although we hope not to need the services again, we would do it again at any time. Thank you very much for the rescue!

We were on vacation and had to have the front door lock replaced immediately. After a phone consultation and commissioning via the website, a technician was on site in about 1 hour and installed a new replacement lock. Two working days later, the final lock was installed. The invoice arrived 2 days later and was definitely justified and acceptable in amount. Very good job! Thank you very much!!
