Unfortunately, the employee was not able to make a simple key. After three failed attempts, I at least got the price refunded.

Not recommended. I ordered 3 duplicate keys on 29.04.2022, which according to the employee's statement should arrive the following week. Despite two phone inquiries and the statement to get back to me, there was no information about a delay or an expected pickup date. We still have not received the keys or any information even 5 weeks later. As a business owner, I would be ashamed to work like this. Under the old owner, it was a business with good service on site, but unfortunately not anymore.

I had a small key for the cash register made, Where I would buy it on eBay for €6! The gentleman at the cash register told me he took €20, I call that a rip-off.

Catastrophic, I have been waiting for the keys to be duplicated for 3 months and am being put off again. I would be ashamed to work like that.
