Today for the 3rd time trouble. Opening hours 10 AM - 4 PM One inquires beforehand before driving to the city for nothing, then you stand 20 minutes in front of closed doors without ANY hint of when the gentleman will return. I ask why he doesn't write a break into his opening hours Answer. at some point he has to shop and eat. He gets louder and threatens to just send the package back if I don't be quiet. 😡 Please whaaat

Very competent advice, the employees are friendly and take care of the customers' concerns to their complete satisfaction. I ordered an older key, which was made in no time and at unbeatable prices. I can recommend "Die kleine Werkstatt" unreservedly and will use the offered services again and again!

I needed a small screw nut, which was nowhere to be found in all of Göttingen (after all relevant stores closed). Here, I was helped without any hassle. Screw nut for a donation to the coffee fund. Isn't that great?!!!
