The customer is obviously not perceived as a customer and thus as a person who uses and pays for services, but rather as something that disturbs. Kindness towards the customer is apparently still not considered necessary there. Or one still has not understood the meaning of business life and has not been able to internalize it.

An old garden shed needed to be opened - with a rusty and difficult lock. Mr. Saager came quickly and explained to us (with price indication) what needed to be renewed. Since we had time, the opening and repair, which took a lot of time, could only take place after the weekend. Everything was top-notch, the prices were fixed and fair. The contact with Mr. Saager was very pleasant. That's why he deserves a full 5 stars!

You stand before the realities of your existing property and can either imagine nothing at all or only rotten compromises. Aside from that, you usually consider everything to be unaffordable. This changed already with the first visit from Mr. Winkler into cautious optimism. And even now, after we have the result of the now second order in front of us, we are surprised and excited about what Michael Winkler has "pulled out" for us and the house. But there is real craftsmanship behind it and probably also a sense for the human aspect. Thanks to the whole Winkler team, we have not regretted the decision for this company!
