Unfortunately, only 3 stars for now. On one hand, they advertise with love, passion, and dedication, and on the other hand, they deliver a "maximum cost-saving" gastro concept. Unfortunately, the whole thing feels more like a bad factory canteen than a qualitatively good gastro. You order at the counter and receive a device that vibrates when your order is ready for pickup. Everything is okay so far, you know that from Vapiano. There you only get your food, cutlery, napkins, and so on are missing. You have to painstakingly gather these, as they are not signposted, and that's when it stops being fun. You expect better from Forbriger. The service is rather unmotivated and unfortunately also uncoordinated. That some dishes are incorrectly labeled and priced on the menu is still the lesser evil. The quality of the products was acceptable. Maybe it will get better, then there will be more stars. :)
