On Friday evening, on site within 10 minutes. Nice, fast, and the price was absolutely fair! Thank you very much, Mr. Schätzl!

Locked out (only pulled) on Wednesday before 6:00 PM -> reacted immediately -> was there quickly -> worked well and professionally -> was relatively quick to finish -> only asked for €100 compared to his homepage, which is too much - I wish him well and I am glad to be able to get back in

I think this can happen to anyone... (okay, maybe I'm just convincing myself!) One goes out of the house and while closing the door, one notices it already... Something is different now. Well, what then? Exactly that happened to me. Leaving the house and forgetting the key inside. A quick round around the house: Everything is locked! (exemplarily secured). No window tilted, no basement window open... nothing. Luckily, I had my phone in my pocket and immediately searched for a locksmith service. After I found Mr. Schätzl and the reviews were great, I was hopeful that I would soon be able to enter the interior of the house again. My expectations were not disappointed! That’s for sure. First impression on the phone: top-notch! Super friendly and trustworthy. Mr. Schätzl listened to the problem and said in a super nice Bavarian accent: "We can manage that. I'll be there in half an hour" (Google said 25 minutes... what, no snack on the way to the customer? ;)) Well, since the house we live in is a new building and has a security door, I was a bit skeptical about whether it would be "that easy"... rightly so, as it turned out later. Almost 30 minutes later, Mr. Schätzl was on site. He looked at the situation and recommended the cheapest way for us (the CUSTOMER) (no, not through the security door and potentially destroying it). In plain language: access to the house that causes the least damage. I will not disclose the details here to avoid giving "not entirely law-abiding locksmith services" new ideas. What I can say is that such a service is exemplary. On the one hand friendly, on the other hand transparent regarding costs including an estimate of the total costs (service + possible repairs afterwards). Just the statement: It may take me a bit longer, but I won’t break anything or very little, versus: "Let's drill out the cylinder (central locking system) and see how it goes!" convinced me of the honesty of the person, and I found it very customer-friendly. 20 minutes later, I was in the house and had the key back in my hand. The costs were very reasonable! My recommendation: Look for emergency services in advance (not just locksmith services) and save them in your communication devices. And if you find yourself locked out in the Pfaffenhofen district, you can't go wrong with Mr. Schätzl. I was super happy that everything went so "smoothly".
