Yesterday I wanted to get into my business and the key broke in the door, half in the door and half in my hand, called the company, the gentleman on the phone was very competent and in 25 minutes a car was sent with an employee, the problem was solved in 10 minutes! The gentleman was very nice and professional! The price was also as agreed over the phone, no extra costs or anything! I CAN ONLY RECOMMEND!

3 stars only because my key could be copied promptly and on-site. The older Turkish man behind the counter was more than just unfriendly. Apparently, he doesn't like German women. I don't care. I will "bother" him again, in case I need another key. HA HA !!

I was there because of a broken dog leash and was very satisfied. The leash was repaired the same day and is like new. The price was more than fair and the gentlemen were very nice. I would go back if something should break.
