Yesterday I wanted to get into my business and the key broke in the door, half in the door and half in my hand, called the company, the gentleman on the phone was very competent and in 25 minutes a car was sent with an employee, the problem was solved in 10 minutes! The gentleman was very nice and professional! The price was also as agreed over the phone, no extra costs or anything! I CAN ONLY RECOMMEND!

Absolute recommendation for this locksmith service! Very friendly person with a pleasant and likable manner, who was able to help us calmly and factually in an emergency situation late at night. Even when almost all options had been exhausted to open the apartment gently, we were still granted access to the apartment without significant damage. Everything was really tried. Despite the considerable time spent and a lot of patience, this did not affect the price. We are very grateful and I would call there again at any time.

I called 3 locksmith services today.... to my astonishment, the prices were excessively high, finally before I wanted to kick in the door, my neighbor gave me the card with the phone number of Fa. Dietrich, she had also been locked out before :-) in any case, I called there.... the locksmith arrived in about 35 minutes, he took 2 minutes, and the costs were reasonably low...
