I bought a wall cutter from Stihl online here. The device had problems from the first minute. Only the company Layer was able to shine in problem-solving and customer service. Stihl customer service hotline and the 2 "specialist dealers on site" completely failed. It's really unbelievable what I had to experience here. Generally, I now advise everyone against buying a Stihl product. Better to switch to a company with existing customer service. Company Layer can only be recommended. Thank you very much, Mr. Vollmer!
