Good specialist shop, I only had both parts of a broken mailbox key and no whole one left. The staff still managed to make matching keys from it. Additionally, I handed in a complete keyring to have it duplicated twice as well. All in all, it only took one day until it was finished, and even earlier than originally announced! Therefore, highly recommended.

Dropped off two pairs of shoes for repair at the beginning of May. After repeated promises that it would be ready in a week - been there a total of four times and still no repaired shoes after almost two months. Frustrating when you are not from Ludwigsburg and always take the journey only to be disappointed after many weeks to take back the unrepairable pairs of shoes. Not recommended.
