Obi in Lübben has, for example, not many competitors compared to Berlin (one could afford not to be friendly) but there the customer is really still king. I would like to express a very big compliment to the whole team, because whether in the middle of the pandemic or before, or after, they always help you further, (even on the phone the workers do their best to advise well) even when it is stressful, the employees lead you to shelves, where else can you get that??? Thank you very much for that, you all do a great job!!!!
