After my automobile club finally reacted after over 24 hours, the company Ziegler was commissioned to bring my vehicle from Italy back to Germany. The driver, Roland, from the towing service arrived punctually at the breakdown site after consulting with the company Ziegler. A very friendly person to whom I could hand over my vehicle with a clear conscience. The transfer went smoothly. The flow of information was also great. Already commissioned several times, timing belt broke on the highway, clutch cable broke, wheels damaged in an accident. Every time quick help and processing, great. Would gladly do it again but it would be better if my car stays intact😉

The vehicle recovery after a breakdown from Italy worked out great. The employees of the towing service always kept me updated. Delays due to high traffic volume were also communicated. Appointment arrangement for the handover of the vehicle with the driver also worked without problems. All in all, I was very satisfied and would always rely on the towing service again.
