Large store, has basically everything, across the street there is even another hardware store. The staff is not particularly knowledgeable, but with persistence and 15 minutes of searching, I found what I needed. I wanted a sealing tape for a radiator hose - the employee said that wouldn't work, it would be too hot and wouldn't withstand the pressure. But then I accidentally found a tape with 12 bar pressure resistance and up to 260°C, exactly what I wanted.

You can get absolute standard goods here! But as soon as it goes into a bit of detail, the gentlemen and ladies are immediately overwhelmed! Either the goods are not in stock or they have no idea where to get something. We needed adapters from the pool accessories area, and we were clearly disappointed here! Customers are sent back and forth between the different departments just to have some peace! Very unfortunate! You really can't leave the click in your own city.

I was on site with my wife to get advice regarding a renovation in the garden. No one from the garden planning was there, so we dared to approach an employee. She then said in a rather unfriendly tone that you need an appointment for that and we have to make it online. Said and done. Appointment made online. 01.08.22 18:30 No one there. No other employee to help. No offer for an alternative appointment, nothing. The prime example of a hardware store.

Large selection, although it was a bit quiet, still a line at the checkout, but we were served by a nice cashier at the information desk.

The online shop is a complete disaster. Promised delivery dates are constantly being pushed back. This is really great when it comes to garden power tools that are urgently needed. You don't even get responses to emails. Thank God there are competitors.
