He kept his promise and even faster than expected, I was convinced the next day via WhatsApp with a before/after picture, although 4 days were agreed upon. I bought a basement key there a week ago for €14. It didn't fit. At another store, I got a matching key for €7. Today I wanted to exchange it and only received the blunt response that keys are never exchangeable. Conclusion: Overpriced & unfriendly to customers. Better to replace the whole door than to be taken advantage of there!
