I was brought to tears. I sought advice elsewhere and wanted to find a business in Ibbenbüren. The security of 'trust', so to speak. The salesperson wanted to sell me his lock the whole time, he didn't care at all that we were interested in door bolts and alarm systems. In his opinion, all that is unnecessary as long as this lock, which supposedly no one can open, is there, which supposedly makes alarms and bolts redundant. The key was broken in the cylinder, cylinder removed, then to the locksmith. The broken key was removed, two new keys made, all for 10 €, I think top work & top price!!!
