I am so happy! Some time ago, I took my girlfriend's car and broke the car key into two pieces. I had total stress with the insurance because they didn't want to cover the damage. Everywhere I inquired, it cost over €500 just to repair the key. I was so desperate, I don't just have €500 lying around! I then found Car Key Repair on the internet. I was even willing to drive to Frankfurt since I come from Hamburg. They then told me that I could send it by registered mail. Now the key has arrived, and I am thrilled. Not only was the key repaired, but the casing was also renewed. (The buttons were a bit worn out). More was done than I could have expected, and that for €50.00. Thank you very much 🙏!!!

Sensational! Sent in the defective car key on Tuesday evening and found it repaired in my mailbox on Saturday morning! "The Friendly One" from Daimler Benz had quoted at least €275 after a telephone remote diagnosis; more if needed... At Car-Key-Repair, it cost me an amazing €58 including return shipping! So much for "Service Desert Germany"! I can highly recommend the people from Frankfurt...TOP!!!

Hello everyone! Called this morning, made an appointment for the afternoon, and received the perfectly repaired original key 15 minutes later. A very friendly, pleasant, and serious repair service. With my key, the button on the circuit board had broken after repeated falls to the ground (Mercedes W 202). Now it works again like the first day. Thank you very much and continued good business

A few weeks ago, I inquired by phone whether the company Thümmler could deliver and install new security locking cylinders in my apartment door + a front door. Since my last cylinders also came from this company, I sent a photo of my previous key card and which cylinders I would like to have installed after consultation. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks, there was no reaction to my email. So I called, and Mr. Thümmler promised to process it (naming the costs) as soon as he had time... apparently, he still did not have any. Because even after 2 more urgent emails and a month later... no reaction whatsoever! My conclusion... apparently, they are overwhelmed with smaller orders or simply have no interest. That would not be so bad in itself, but to keep the customer waiting and then do nothing is simply unprofessional (despite my years of free work as an agent for him)... without words. Unfortunately, no recommendation from me.
