On an old cabinet, the key's blade broke off, and I couldn't get it open anymore. First, I asked if the lock could somehow be saved. I was advised kindly and friendly, and a saw blade, in case it didn't work, was given to me just in case. Fortunately, I was able to remove the lock without destroying it. I then returned with all the individual parts and the lock, and a day later I could pick up the new key, and the lock was also taken care of. The entire consultation was exceptionally nice and competent.

The store is top-notch, absolutely helpful, very good advice, and not just out to rip you off, but there is also very good advice, and it is also explained how to get it cheaper even with the competition, even if the owner makes a loss because of it. Top, again and again.........
