UNFRIENDLY to the point of no return! I only called to ask if keys can be duplicated and hung up immediately after their outrageous reaction. I will NEVER set foot in there or give them my hard-earned money. Customer service should normally be written at the top, this word seems foreign to some, maybe they don't even need new customers. ;)

I'm currently annoyed. 2 out of 3 keys that were copied there do not fit. Now I'm curious about the goodwill regarding the complaint. ... I received money back for one key without any issues. One key broke, two were ground down twice with grumbling. It is an old key-making method, but I would have preferred a "Sorry, my mistake" instead of grumbling.

In addition, we also use the service of the UPS Access Point there, everything has always worked great, we cannot understand the negative comments at all, as the opening hours are known on the internet. Unfortunately, the UPS Access Point was discontinued due to the negative reviews, which we regret very much.
