A bit expensive. With weekend surcharge €214 for a door opening via the latch. Communication and punctuality are good though.

The gentleman was on site at the agreed time. Punctual to the minute. And quickly opened my door that had fallen shut. Unfortunately, the locksmith did not provide an exact price over the phone. When I inquired, I was only told that it wouldn't be so expensive if the door had just fallen shut. In the end, I paid about €240 for everything. I would have appreciated more price information over the phone.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with Mrs. Zorn's review. I was here on Saturday at 10:00 and although it should have been open since 09:00, no one was there. I tried calling three times, but to no avail.

I have been here once before, everything was great professionally. But now I have gone twice in the morning at 9:30 in vain and stood in front of a locked door, even though the website states it opens at 8:30. No sign with opening hours, no note with current information (vacation, illness) on the window. It can happen that something comes up one day, but if you know it will take longer, then please put a note with information for the customers on the store! It's quite frustrating when you go out of your way before work and no one is there.
